Pasta Ribbons and Pappardelle Dishes
Pasta ribbons and pappardelle are long, continuous strips where the pattern runs from end to end, just flow and movement.
Once on the plate, they fall and fold naturally. They twist, overlap, and create new compositions. Lines cross, stripes bend, and the contrast grows stronger or softer depending on how they land.
Plating changes everything. The same pattern can command the dish or almost disappear into it. When placed with care, they become more than striped pasta, they become part of the story on the plate.
